3. Educational and Training Services

ALEXANDER BOWYER 合同会社 provides professional education, training, coaching, consulting and related services.

Information provided through the website, training programs, seminars, consultations, educational materials and other services is intended for educational and informational purposes.

Your results will depend on a range of factors including your own experience, skills, implementation, business circumstances, market conditions and other factors outside our control.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee any particular commercial, financial, business, booking, revenue, customer or other result from participating in our services.

Testimonials, case studies and examples shown on the website represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another person will achieve the same results.

4. Professional Responsibility

Participants remain responsible for determining whether the techniques, information, recommendations, products or business strategies discussed through our services are appropriate for their own circumstances.

Where our training relates to salon services, head spa services, scalp care, equipment, products or similar professional practices, participants are responsible for complying with all laws, licensing requirements, professional standards, manufacturer instructions, health and safety requirements and insurance requirements applicable to them and their location.

Nothing provided through this website constitutes medical, legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with us.

Where a service, program or transaction requires a participant to be 18 years of age or older, you confirm that you meet that requirement when registering or purchasing.

If you are acting on behalf of a company, salon or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

6. Bookings, Programs and Purchases

Certain services may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of booking, enrolment or purchase.

These may include:

  • program inclusions;

  • pricing;

  • payment schedules;

  • deposits;

  • cancellation conditions;

  • refund conditions;

  • rescheduling conditions;

  • attendance requirements; and

  • other service-specific terms.

By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to the terms presented to you for that particular service.

Where there is a conflict between these general Website Terms and written terms specifically provided for a particular service or program, the service-specific terms will apply to that service.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices will be displayed or communicated before purchase and may be stated in Japanese yen or another specified currency.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable price, currency, payment schedule and any additional charges before completing your purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

We reserve the right to change prices for future bookings or purchases. Price changes will not retrospectively alter an existing confirmed purchase unless agreed between the parties or required by law.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions may vary depending on the service, course, seminar, training program or event purchased.

The applicable conditions will be communicated as part of the booking or enrolment process and/or in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

9. International Participants

Our services may be offered to participants located in Japan and internationally.

International participants are responsible for determining whether they may lawfully participate in, implement or use particular training, services, techniques, equipment or information within their own jurisdiction.

Professional licensing, occupational, employment, immigration, health, safety and business regulations may differ between countries.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, ALEXANDER BOWYER 合同会社 does not provide advice concerning compliance with the specific laws of another country.

10. Travel and In-Person Training

Where training requires travel, accommodation or attendance at a physical location, participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements unless expressly stated otherwise.

Participants are responsible for passports, visas, immigration permissions, travel insurance, accommodation and transportation relevant to their participation.

We are not responsible for losses arising from a participant's inability to travel or enter a country, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

Participation in a program does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Unless we expressly give you written permission, you may not reproduce, record, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, teach, commercially exploit or make our protected training materials available to third parties.

You may use the knowledge and skills you legitimately learn through our programs in your own professional practice, subject to any specific restrictions communicated for a particular program.

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, booking systems, payment services, social networks and other external services.

These services are operated independently from us.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites or services, although this does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of external services you choose to use.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may modify, suspend, update or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

16. Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care when preparing website content but information may change over time.

We may correct errors, update information or change service descriptions where appropriate.

Nothing on the website should be relied upon as a guarantee unless expressly confirmed by us in writing as part of a contractual commitment.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALEXANDER BOWYER 合同会社 will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to override mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply to you.

18. Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, manage and protect personal information.

Where you separately provide a testimonial, photograph or video, our Testimonial & Media Release and Privacy Notice may also apply.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our business, services, website or applicable requirements.

The current version will be published on this website together with an updated effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or use of the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Japan.
